    Saudi Arabia F1 Race Track

It is looking great. You could see hints of the stadium sections of Mexico, Hockenheim and the viewing bridge section of Abu Dhabi in there. It certainly looks like a great spectator racetrack.

My first thoughts on this track were that it looks better than it will be. Onboard looks great and exciting to drive but I can’t see any overtaking opportunities. Watch qualifying and the first lap. Maybe in 2022 it’ll be better with the new cars.

It will be the second-longest circuit on the calendar after Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. There is a long straight after the stadium chicanes which would have DRS activation in the corner feeding into it. Which would provide plenty of overtaking opportunities.

We have not seen the full circuit map of course. Hence it is too early to say there would be no overtakes. I doubt that would be the case. Keep an open mind on this one.

Let's see how actual racing will go. I recall I used to be optimistic about Russian GP before racing started, but then it turned into a snoozefest.

Jeddah Street Circuit doesn't seem to have enough long straights.
