Yes, 80 km is the maximum you can do with one set of tyres and these stages make up 78.5 km

For me it seems, that with some missing splits time is displayed to wrong split. Like for Tänak at the moment 3rd split time is displayed as in 2nd split section and that's why this confusion. I'm talking about Live Maps view.
