Great drive by Østberg, but Fourmaux isn't that much slower on splits. Huttunen taking it way too easy?

More importantly he was actually paid by Michelin last year.

Seems they are not at the right level.

TRT has been a Peugeot/Citroën support/partner team for about 15 years now, starting in 2007 with the 207 S2000. They debuted the 208 T16 in the WRC in 2014, here, in Sardinia with Kruuda. They are well prepared, have tons of experience, they are also one of the 2/3 teams that are entrusted by PSA to build the new 208 Rally4s. Also, this year they already had 2 engine problems with the new Rally2 engine - Ostberg had to retire once, next time he was able to nurse it to the finish. So maybe the new C3 parts are to blame for some of these issues, not necessarily the team.

Huttunen has 6 hards, Ostberg has 5 softs according to WRC+.
Maybe not taking easy as much. More like playing it safe which seemed to be a wise decision.

Thx for tire info. If Østberg had 5 tires and only has 4 now after puncture that's quite a risk to take.
