Seems to me that this was some team orders from Citroen, so Lukyanuk moves up one place.

Also take a look at stewards decision Nº7, It seems Sainteloc made a protest aganist Solberg and was rejected (Article 34.1.5 refers on runing in road section with all four wheels and tyres, so I suposse Solberg run on a road section with a puntucre ¿?):

Munster also logged protest. It was rejected due to 2 minutes delay [19:38-19:40].

Yes, would be nice to know a bit more, it's really rare that a protest aganist something that happened on saturday was brought to atention only at last moment, and with that bad procedure from both, one adressing it to clerk of the course and the other not paying on time

Otherwise Canarias is looking great in competition meaning with Luky trying to forget this event, also Spanish national championship will be decided there and top guys will for sure mix in top ERC standigs

Mistakes happen and there should be a penalty but to completely to ruin someones rally for this feels wrong.
Penalty for early check-in is higher than for late check-in to discourage speeding on the public roads. In addition, for events where running earlier in a stage is better, it stops competitors from racing to get a better starting position on the next stage. The FIA sportng regulations have specified 1 minute per minute for early check-in and 10 seconds per minute for late check-in for as long as i can remember - and I've worked on rally results teams for over 30 years!

    Alexey Lukyanuk @AlexeyLukyanuk

The Rally Hungary turned out to be dramatic and scant on gifts for us – we earned only 7 points, but nevertheless, we retain the leading position in the FIA ERC. If everything proceeds as it is planned, we will meet at the Rally Islas Canarias very soon.
