Seems that WRC broadcast removed cancelled SS8 totally from their system and we're just now on SS9 which was the previous stage

SS8 was canceled 2 weeks ago already, with their revised itinerary

No one has whole picture, even Mikkelsen. And it's not courtroom, opinion that Mikkelsen's driving is disappointing so far isn't as ridiculous as you painted it.
