I see Lola cars windtunnel in Huntingdon is for sale.
They are asking £4-7m for it.

Quite a lot (as expected), but to be an owner of such important windtunnel? I'd say that's quite priceless. I wonder who will buy it and use it.

Hard to say. It tests up to 50% scale, so F1 is out of the question, not unless they reduce their 60% testing rule down to 50% testing, although I could be wrong. They may have done so already. Who knows.
Indycar teams could still test there, although Dallara as a manufacturer uses the Arc facility for their testing in the US. Maybe F2, F3, BTTC etc?
Those of "questionable knowledge" will be the scientists. You might think that rocket science is hard but: Rocket Scientist: Someone who understands Newton's Laws of motion and basic chemistry....
