It's hard to imagine, but M-Sport Poland say that their Ford Fiesta Rally 4 has already won as many as 50 rallies in its category:

Are the R2T19 and Rally4 100% the same technically?

The differences are:
different turbo inlet pipe (plus turbo adapter), bit different exhaust (less backpressure), different spark plugs, different ECU mapping, different rear beam (more flexible), different driveshafts (supposed to be stronger), different wheel hubs (to accomodate new driveshafts), different gear ratios (longer 1, 2, 3, shorter 5th), modified bonnet (with air vents).
From 2021 car will have restrictor (30mm), increased minimum weight (to 1080kg) and 17inch rims allowed for tarmac.
