5/6 stage wins for Neuville over Tanak.

Loubet says he's struggling with the mixed conditions today.

Still, not too far off them. Impressive given his lack of experience in the car, even if Tanak and Neuville aren't going flat out.

He's less than a minute off after 100 competitive KMs. That's impressive to me.

OK, front runners may not be running flat out etc but he didn't make any big mistakes, kept it on the road and was not a lot slower in top machinery.

It's promising. Not world changing, but neither was Ogiers first events or even first year in top machinery. We'll see.

Neuville and Tanak switching parts to test as reported by DirtFish. Neuville spoke about front diff testing to italian media.

I’m not trying to argue against your point, but it did remind me of when Ogier got fastest stage time in, I think, his first event in a WRC car in Wales.
The conditions were horrific, with ice and mud inconsistently throughly the stage and it was just one of those little moments when you sit up and think ‘this guy could be the real deal’.

Ogier well and truly proved with worth when he was absolutely hosing everyone (including far more powerful cars) in the little JWRC 2wD...

That's what got him that drive in the WRC car in GB...
