    Strange that spectators will have to go to spectator areas - to spread people along the stage should be better re covid than put in few limited areas...

    Yeah thats heavily discussed in Estonian forums and social media. Long story short, rally fans are seriously pissed because rallies now have heavy restrictions while most concerts and other public events are still happening with not so much limitations.
