You just said 2015 Corsica contradicts last years Corsica and confirms Monte this year => Evans does well in mixed conditions and not so well in full dry.

Even more reason to favor Ogier over him tomorrow.

Stewards give Nicolas Ciamen back 12.0 seconds lost on SS5 when held up by driver who had changed puncture.
Ciamen goes into Sunday just 13.8 seconds behind Mads Ostberg in fight for P9 overall and P2 in #RC2

That is not impessive. If he would have won stages, that would have been impressive.
Being faster than kastsuka or Greensmith is not wat he was hired for, he needs to beat loeb or lappi to make an impression.
Lets then compere to our current top 2 guys and their history. Just to get idea that this is experience sport and how drivers evolve.

Tänäk. He already had starts with WRC before first MC:

    - 2015 first WRC outing on Monte. Result 18 (mistake). Generally lower on stage times and avg timeloss/km bigger
    - 2016 2nd wrc monte. Result 7, already one full wrc season behind. Stage results worse also avg timeloss/km was way worse
    - 2017 and forward Ott was on pace

    Neuville

    - 2011 Accident (S2000)
    - 2012 Accident worse stage results and bigger avg loss until accident
    - 2013 Accident avg speed + results close to similar with Kalle before accident.
    - 2014 Accident SS1, no data
    - 2015 Result 5th, similar data than Kalle

Generally for them it took a while to get on pace, which is normal. Just saying this kiddo is doing well, not bad.

I'm not saying he isn't doing well. I'm saying he is doing what i expected, going slow and learning.
He just isnt doing extraordinary good. Perhaps it will get better, but right now i would rather hire ostberg.

Any comments/info on Sean Johnston, driver from the U.S., currently leading RC4?

Østberg, who clipped a bank and had a puncture.
