This More or less confirming that both Renault and Toyota are working on Rally3 projects, also more manufacturers according to boss of Renault Sport.

Ford Fiesta Rally3 for Hubert Laskowski. He is only 16 years old, but already has experience with Peugeot 208 R2 and Peugeot 208 Rally4. Because he is so young he will probably only drive in Baltic countries, where it is allowed to compete in rallying at such age.

Well but aren't the future Rally1 basically that? Rally2 with safety cell, a bit more powerful and a bit larger aero. So FIA can make a variant with less aero, less tuned engines, limited suspension...
