Stage was red flagged and cancelled so its same time for everyone on that class, definitely will be appealed. They have do take results after SS14, Franceschi's car issues have nothing do with it.

    SS 15 - Kašava
    SS length: 24.88km
''Stage is cancelled. Other crews will use alternate route.''

Sorry but You can't take results after SS14. It's not working like that. That would be possible only if the stage was canceled for all crews. That was not the case, some 20 or so crews reached the finish. It's simply not possible to have results of one class with 15 stages and of the other with 14. They were all alocated notional times and there is nowhere written that all must get same time as in this case. If Franceschi really had electrical issues and was stopped in the stage before it was red flagged then it's simply an unfortunate case not a wrong CoC decision.

FYI if this happened in WRC everyone would get stage time based on his performance in the first loop i.e. Torn would get time with a puncture and Cais would maybe win.

At least same time for everyone at that class on SS15. technically it was cancelled for R2.
And how the allocated notional time can be exactly + 01:00.0 that makes no sense

If I’m not mistaken, decisions of notional times can’t be appealed

So the €100k prize to help the leading Junior continue the fight for the Title on he next two events goes to the guy who is 33 points behind.

I dont think they thought it through.

The guy did not start in the first two events. He did only four events while four counts. It means that the guy had zero jokers unlike the others and he still won. No, that's not a mistake of the rules. He made it harder to himself (due to the missing budget coming afaik from Yates's pre-season change of plans).
