sounds so cheezy to me, everybody else gets the same time and he gets 1 minute more but why?
Can't be a coincidence... €€€ playing the game. The stage was red flagged and random 1min penalty?

It's not a penalty. It's an alocated notional time. It looks like Francesci was stopped on the stage for some reason before it was red flagged. Hopefully we'll learn more soon.

Martin Vlček had to undergo non-specified surgery after his crash on SS15. It shall not be too serious but it will take some time to recover for sure. His co-driver Ondřej Krajča was lightly injured.

There are probably only two drivers who have impressed with this type of road and that is Chris Ingram and Sindre Furuseth

Furuseth did this rally maybe fourth time. Franceschi was here for the first time, Llarena second time and they were both faster. Torn was here also for the first time. That makes a huge difference here. For me Franceschi was the most impressive driver of the weekend.

Have the stewards issued their explanation yet?
sounds strange from what is known by now.

I mostly thought that this was not their home ground like any local.

Allocation of notional times is made by the clerk of the course, the stewards don’t have any word on this.

From what I have read in the spanish press, Franceschi was stopped in the stage before the red flag was shown to the competitors
