    I think that was pretty obvious from both his pace, and his demeanour at stage ends...you can just tell he isn’t happy driving to a pace. But so far he is doing what Toyota need, in touch to take advantage of any mistake from the top guys, but in front of Sordo & Mikkelsen.

    Think it's more difficult than that per it's not a MK2 they setting up. Seems to be the problems are arising from the diff changes and other changes they made through the winter. Don't forget this car was undoubtly best tarmac car in 17/18 and with Ogier at the wheel on tarmac should be unbeatable but whatever compromise they have made to improve it on gravel has greatly affected it on tarmac

    I always thought the asphalt car had little common with the gravel one (for example the front axle of the C3 is completely different for each surface).

    Of course I know that. Forgot to add on that one. However sometimes the easy way is the way forward. Technicians sometimes make things very complicated, when the solution still is in front of you...
