even if Ott won't be here, I think at least Meeke will. So yes, for estonians it would be sad if he doesn't come here, but hey, it will still be mega event!
Never know, maybe it's a one-off(hopefully not), but like EstWRC said, it is as close as it can get to Estonia.

Well, he probably will...as cunningly implied by the organizer himself. Just trying to make promo with it (or not take anything away from another event held this weekend).

Actually, i wouldn`t be surprised, if there would be other "big names with big cars" from other teams. Citroen clearly needs to keep up and get the feedback, Ogier needs help and Ostberg has said at the beginning of the season, that he plans this event...he did well in Finland last year. Toyota also has five drivers in total...+ Alonso.

THis is just unbelievable guys. I know it’s not an official wrc event but all my life I have dreamed about a wrc round here and now it does happen.
That's one heck of a rally you have there. I would imagine a bunch of Finns taking the fast ferry over the Baltic Sea and join the party. And even if Lappi doesn't win it, you can always bring few 24-packs of Saku Originaal back to Finland.
ku ois neljä pyörää ku vetäis ni ois vähän eri sekunnit kyllä pätkillä, sen mä takaan

How would it mean that? Remember that Rally Estonia is not a voluntary local rally, it's a WRC Promotional Event.

Tanak's entry on his home country's biggest motorsport event could only be confirmed once Juho Hanninen had safely completed Rally Italy because WRC points leader Tanak will use the Yaris Hanninen drove in Sardinia.
