Route preview. Basically all same stages as last year with some tweaks in the length. Mina Clavero is also now reversed so all Sunday stages are uphill
Do you have the stage maps or a link or something to send me? I'm going this year and I need some help with that :P

I'm surprised that they struggle so badly for entries in Argentina, as in the region there are half a dozen R5s in the Chilean Championship (last year anyway) that aren't on the list (almost all the co-drivers are Argentinian) and on the little talked about but pretty incredible Paraguayan scene* they've got 16 R5s on the entry list for the opening round of their main Championship this weekend, including four Polo's. Again, there are quite a lot of Argentinian co-drivers there too.

*I've been meaning to start a thread about Paraguay for a while. Some intriguing stuff going on there!
The problem is that it is a bit complicated to enter Argentina. Usually, teams have a lot of problems with Customs.
One month ago, for the first round of Codasur Championship in Argentina, all the teams from Paraguay and Bolivia had a lot of problems to go across Argentina border. They were 3 days waiting for some decision of the Argentine Police.

And regarding Chilean drivers, I think that the fact that Rally Chile will be two weeks later (and also a round of their National Championship), the teams don't want to risk not competing there if there is any problem at Argentina rally.

Final stage Copina-El Cóndor, podium at Carlos Paz.

Anyone know where I can download the maps to Google Maps?

Today's WRC has always two podiums, one right at the end of the power stage for live TV and then the official ceremony back at the service park.

Thanks guys, but which one should then be considered as, let's say "official" finish of the rally?

When the car has passed the last TC (not including everything else, that can change when found).

normally you are only officially finished when the car is in parc fermé.
