Live Results for the Legend Fires North West Stages Rally
This the second event to be run in mainland UK with the stages mainly on closed public roads as a result of new legislation that was enacted last year. The organisers are using a fairly conservative route for the first running with about 75% of the stage mileage on closed roads.
Live Results for the Legend Fires North West Stages Rally will be available from:
Click for North West Stages Results
The event has three passes over a four stage loop that starts with three closed road stages and then a visit to Weeton Camp. All stages will have 30 second starts. There is a card collect after every stage. Stage start and finish clocks are fitted with communication boxes to transmit times directly back to HQ and the cars are fitted with RFID tags to trigger automatic recording of times (as a backup to the normal manual timing). First times after SS1 are expected at about 09:10 on Saturday morning.
As always comments on the event and questions for the results team are welcome.Tynemouth Computer Services http://www.tynecomp.co.uk

All the YT footage I saw over the weekend looked great. The organisers appear to have arranged some great viewing spots which I dont think anyone can have complained about. Hope to be there next year and also more such events hopefully even one this side of the Pennines!

Many of you are forgetting safety. Home-built cars just canīt be builded cheaply without latest safety equipment.
