I see it states Griebel as the entrant not BRR. All the others show their teams name. Has he had to enter privately with the Škoda.. and why the switch ?

It was same on Azores. He is registered to the championship under his name. There is nothing special about it.

I bet BRR arent happy with VW, having to go back to running their old Skoda's for reliability.

It's lucky they still have them and hadnt sold them on when the new Polo's arrived.

Plus sales of new Polo's wont be done any good with these issues. I hope it'll be M-Sport's gain !

R4 as a car with the kit of Oreca? Or R4 like the old Evo X R4 for example?

R4 car with kit from Oreca, "older R4" from Mitsubishi and Subaru are forbidden in international rallysport

Although the season for the Russian driver has not started in the best way, the charismatic Alexey Lukyanuk hopes to reverse the situation in the Spanish round that is part of the European calendar and where he himself treasures the victory in the last two editions. Its debut in competition with the Citroën C3 R5 ended in the Azores in an accident, after a rollover that has totally destroyed the chassis number 27 of this mount.

With the intention of continuing to fight to try to revalidate the European title, the French team will make available to you a brand new chassis of this model and that corresponds with the numbering 36. It should be remembered that the unit injured in the Azores was also totally new and due the accident suffered will not be able to continue competing in the remaining rallies of the calendar.

As it could not be otherwise, Lukyanuk has been enormously grateful to the Saintéloc Racing team, not only for putting a new car in their hands, but also for all the work done in recent weeks that has allowed them to finish this new unit in time before boarding it for the Canary Islands. Now, the responsibility balances on the side of Alexey Lukyanuk, who must respond with a good result.
