Well, on the first run of that stage he was 19s quicker than Moura, and at that point Lukyanuk was cruising... So gaining a position by driving flat out was very realistic. Also Lukyanuk said it must've broken on the first corner of the stage. Anyway, no matter how it happened, I hope this doesn't bring any financial issues for him for the rest of the season.

But but... Alex stalled the engine on SS13 and had a puncture on SS14 so it's meaningless to compare their times on these two stages. Alex was fastest on all other stages so it's perfectly possible that he could have gained a place.
Anyway it has nothing to do with the accident because that would have happened regardless.Stupid is as stupid does. Forrest Gump

I only said what I saw at the time. It wasnt clear the brake cause from the first vid and onboards.
And Tarmop coming to comment the next day like sone expert can shut up. I drive fast every day and have done track days.
