How do the points work for APRC now, you have to do the 2 events to get to China right? But do you have to get a certain number of points, or is it simply enough to have started the event like Holder in Otago?

Holder has qualified for the final.

APRC Regs Art 6.2 In order to participate <in the final>, registered drivers must qualify by starting at least two rallies of one APRC Cup.

Robbie/ Amy Stokes crash- Otago roll into water. Luck on their side.

Probably go better with a four wheel drive than the front wheel drive.

Paddon previewed the Hyundai i30N TCR in his sponsors livery.
The last rally in South Canterbury soon for the i20 AP4+ before it is converted to hill climb specification - larger wing, engine and turbo etc. Paddon is borrowing an australian owned i20 R5 to run in a rally in Australia. My guess is the HP team will decide whether to go i20 R5 or build an updated AP4 for the future after that event. It was earlier reported the i20R5 and AP4+ had their respective strong points.

Rally South Canterbury 2019 this weekend in NZ.
Paddon giving the i20 AP4+ some extra horsepower with a larger restrictor.

    Usual competitors in support.
