Yes, and that's a bit strange from a guy who switched from Markkula to Salminen some six months ago.

Are you joking? It's only his second codriver switch since he's driving on international level. First one after 4 years with Markkula, now a switch after half a season with Salminen. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah but who would he pick next? Not many active co-drivers with WRC experience out there.

There could be a lot of reasons for this change. Maybe there's something behind the scenes in the chemistry between the two? Maybe Salminen's lack of WRC experience shows in the current WRC world? Maybe Salminen is fed up with Suninen being mean to him (like in Arganil 2)? Maybe it's pressure from the management to get at least one good result this year in order to secure a seat for next year?

At the end of Luilhas in Portugal, there's a conversation after the finish line with a very cold tone.

Suninen: What was the deal with you telling me there's 2km to go? I didn't ask. Just read the notes.
    Salminen: I thought you asked
Suninen: I said 'don't cut' so we have a mark of that for next year

    and then neither says anything.

It's just a news article based on the M-Sport press release which you posted already on the previous page. All articles are based on that press release. Most likely we won't hear more about this change publicly in a while.

    Suninen
From Rally Sardegna onwards I will compete with a very experienced co-driver Jarmo Lehtinen. I am positive that his experience counts when we head to the challenges in this rally and eventually towards rest of the #WRC season 2019! Welcome onboard, Jarmo! https://t.co/19ozJTo1FC
