    Why not?

    Regroup out - 12:11, mimimum time on regroup - 3min, so 12:08 it's 'equal'
Regroup in - 11:36, 32min of latenes won't be affect any change, but all next extra 3 min - was.

As you can't be late more than30min on one TC you need 30+30 =60min and this is 28min extra lateness. 28/3 =9 positions
    TC18 11:12+30=11:42
    TC18A 12:06+30=12:36
    First car on TC18B = 12:11

It's also difficult to drive slow but not in cruise mode.

    Isn't that sad?

Not only those paying for wrc+ but also all the people traveling to the stages themselves. I don't see how making it a liiiitle bit more interesting for random TV spectator justifies making it a farce for the real fanbase who actually spend their money to follow the event.

it make a bit difficult make a tactic, but still possible. But if regroup time will be more - nearly impossible do tactics. It depends on starting intervals and regroup time.

With strict rally order it will be perfect

So now Mikkelsen has no chance to catch Evans, only question is - will he let Neuville pass on this stage or on next?

Edit: he probably will check in late into TC few minutes in the beginning of next stage.
