Great day for Lappi ... the only one to take it to the Toyota's.
Breen and Mikkelsen also impressive today and especially compared to their team-leader.

Is the running order for tomorrow set now, or will the SSS later affect it?

Which is great for Latvala cause he always looses time on Harju.

New Fiesta R5 has shown a little more promise today in the hands of Katsuta at least.

Biggest disappointment has been the pace of the Fords in general.
Greensmith relative to Suninen is probably about right for him on only his 2nd outing, but why they are detached from the others is strange.
Neuville this morning wasn’t great, but this afternoon been ok.
You could argue everybody else has been good..

Toyota is obviously fast here and also have a new engine upgrade. Hyundai invested a lot of development time/money on improving here, Citroen seemingly a bit as well and they were already very fast here last year (2nd).
MSport struggled last year and didn't seem to invest much now either. Evans did Estonia, but it's questionable how much development work got done if he wasn't feeling 100% after the 2nd stage, also he is not here now so he can't easily tell Suninen what setup changes worked between stages for example. Wilson seemed to talk about Evan being missed to help the others (I assume he meant with setup).Last edited by mknight; 2nd August 2019 at 17:15.

I think Suninen should be much faster if compare Greensmith. Last stage Suninen already lost from him. And we cant say that Greensmith is superfast in his second wrc competition. Whats wrong? Car Issues? Last year he was fastest Ford.
