Sam Moffett takes 9.1s off Breen on SS13 - could be decisive.

Breen not happy at all with the waiting before stages leading to cold tyres.

Fisher had only RWD on SS14.

    RIP Manus Kelly - 3-times Donegal Rally champion (2016, 2017 ,2018)

    From Rally.ie preview:

"Manus Kelly has won Donegal for the past three years, but although he is top seed this year, he will be in a Hyundai i20 R5 as he continues to get to grips with his new car. A number of accidents and a difficult learning curve adjusting to LHD have hampered progress, but the Donegal driver is nothing if not determined, and will look for a strong performance on his home rally."

    From Autosport:

Kelly, the three-time defending winner of the rally, is understood to have lost control of his Hyundai i20 R5 on a bumpy part of the Fanad Head stage.

An impact is thought to have caused the car to get out of line before it crashed through a hedge and into a field.

Kelly's co-driver Donall Barrett was transferred from the scene of the accident to Letterkenny General Hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.
