...When do you and Pluto learn? Oliver is in LRC because of his age, not because he wants to use different rules. I can guarantee that back when Kalle did Liepaja under LRC he used exactly same type of fuel and tires that ERC drivers use.
And I'm 99% sure that Oliver is doing that also. Oliver is sponsored by Pirelli, do they even have "faster" tire available for him that goes through LRC regulations and they would actually run with Oliver? No.
Pretty sure same goes with Fuel.
Oliver has been equal in pace with Sesks this whole season in Latvia so I don't see any reason why he couldn't do same in Liepaja.

It's quite surprising to see so many drivers/teams that don't read the rules

    Pretty sure it's this: https://twitter.com/FIAERC/status/1050785753758871554
followed by rest of ERC1 drivers then ERC2 and finally ERC3 and after that comes the national field.

I guess you're interested in Oliver, he is not allowed to drive in ERC because he dosen't have a valid drivers licence. If you want to follow ERC times just use EWRC and if you want to look national times inc. Oliver use Autorally.lv They drive the same stages but in a 2 different rallies so the first ERC day is 1 rally and the 2nd day is a 2nd rally counting towards national points.
You can safely use the times against each other, only difference between ERC vs national times is the road position which might affect the other.

I'm not going to learn anything. He is under different rules and he can use different stuff. That's a fact. I can't verify Your claim so I state a clear fact.

Oliver this year is running the FIA event, so it's in the same results as the others, but he can't score points in ERC as he is not registered for them, take a lokk at the start list: http://2018.lvrally.com/upload/files...tlist_leg1.pdf

Oliver participates in RC4 and why can not everyone in RC4 appear in RC4 results?

RC4 doesn't have same rules as JERC if I'm not mistaken. Of course he can go with same stuff as JERC but there is no way for us to verify it so it's better not to count them together.

Like I previously stated that to participate fully in ERC or WRC you need to have a valid drivers licence which Oliver seems not to have.
Just follow the times from different sites. They are fully comparable expect the road position which should not be that big of a difference.

and as as Mirek stated Oliver could be using different rules but he is not.

It's pure pleasure to watch Gryazin driving on gravel, isn't it?
