Oliver has been equal in pace with Sesks this whole season in Latvia so I don't see any reason why he couldn't do same in Liepaja.

No, Oliver in in ERC field, but without ERC priority. He didnt registered to the championship, so he is behind and didnt do qualify.

There are different rules for ERC Junior and others. For example, U27 juniors can use max 12 tyres per whole event including free practice and qualify. Oliver can use how many tyres he wants during the event.

I am sure he will be fast, he is fast driver.

Oliver use Autorally.lv They drive the same stages but in a 2 different rallies so the first ERC day is 1 rally and the 2nd day is a 2nd rally counting towards national points.
You can safely use the times against each other, only difference between ERC vs national times is the road position which might affect the other.

Oliver is doing in international field, so he will be included also in ERC results, of course. He only cannot score points.

Good SS2 for Ingram just 0.5s slower than Gryazin in 22km !

Ingram a bit more cautious but Gryazin blitzed SS3. Now has a 10s lead after the morning loop.
