Looking forward to this one, my first visit to Wales Rally GB :-)
Can I buy the rally pass on-site or should I order it online?http://patrik-pangerl.com

The now traditional press release about the entry list that doesn't actually include the entry list is out - http://walesrallygb.com/news/4230.php#.W5erW5MlNE5

Is the shakedown stage being run in the rally yeah? Or is it a different route within the same forest complex?

It's almost the same, with just a little deviation and obviously a lot cut from the start. The SS2 route is what has usually been the shakedown deviation and vice versa.

My route preview https://itgetsfasternow.wordpress.co...rally-gb-2018/
- A lot of new sections
- Only one stage (Myherin) run like last year
- Less liaisons (more stages in North, only one non-service leg to Mid Wales)
- A considerable amount of tarmac roads
- Interesting road combinations
For the third WRC event in a row, I can provide onboards gathered from local rallies to preview new sections of the rally.

M-Sport/ Ford have been testing using a 'simulator' in the USA. They say its helped improve the Puma Rally1 car, especially for tarmac. Does anyone know what this simulator could be like ? Story...
