There's obviously more popular opinions. If there was ever a way to conclusively prove who is the best racing driver of all time and it said that it was Niki, I wouldn't be surprised.
There was 15 minutes of penalty free lateness between Main Controls. This is always an option for non international events, but most usually employed if there’s fresh snow. Have seen some do this...
