I think it was mostly bumps that seemed to upset the C3 and make it unpredictable, grip changes not such a problem if the surface is relatively smooth.

Both in 2018 and 2017 C3 had serious issues on Monte Tarmac while it did well on the other rallies.

For the rallies after Monte it was 2nd in Sweden last year, 3rd and fighting for win with 2 drivers in Mexico. So I'd be first concerned about Argentina if I was Lappi, and that's a few months away.

Meeke was 4th at Monte with it last year and won the powerstage, thats not so bad even if it wasn't a very consistent rally.

It was the only car not overheating in Mexico IIRC.

Three different drivers in three different cars at the top of the field. Happy days.

a proved-uber-top car up him to top3 drivers in that era (3rd from 3)

He inherited 4 after multiple drivers dropped due to other issues than speed. Powerstage was completely dry.

Everyone except Citroen had overheating issues in Mexico 2017. In 2018 only Toyota had.
