First time in Rally Sweden for us this year. Did as much as possible across Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Absolutely shattered! Very early starts, but worth it.

What an amazing rally for the WRC. Well run, some great spots and stunning scenery. Should be number one on your rally bucket list.

Always mind blowing to see these current spec cars in action, quite enjoyed seeing the new R2 Fiestas in action too, they look like fun.

Put a few pictures here, will sort some more and a video soon. https://www.flickr.com/photos/tomhlord/

    Rally Sweden 14-17 FEB 2019

What exactly did Ogier achieve with the penalty? More enjoyment and better testing road?

Why one should collect negative feelings in oneself over something that has probably no affect at all to the championship?
He could`ve just said fck it, i`ll be back on Sunday for the big points, you go and drive yourselves until then.

"A good day for us even if, once again, we had to fight with guys who were behind us," said the Belgian driver at the microphone of Olivier Gaspard, RTBF's special correspondent in Sweden. the second loop, the road improves after the passage of each car, so we really had to drive to the limit all the time, so we made a small mistake that cost us five seconds. is at the limit like that, we can make a mistake in every corner. We are not safe from a surprise. Here, Kris Meeke was careful enough, there was no trace created for the wheels back, I got carried away and spun, a quick spin, as we only lost five seconds, but those five seconds would have been important Sometimes it takes a bit of luck too, but in the end we got closer to the goal, which is to finish the rally in second place. give everything to finish second tomorrow. "We wanted to try to work a little bit, because starting in front, we take two seconds per kilometer and we get hot every two turns, it's not very interesting. nothing to lose, we decided to be more or less in the middle of the pack to have references and to try to work on the car, and on the feeling. "

This strategy "annoyed" a little Thierry Neuville and favored Esapekka Lappi ... "It's a Belgian remark, as usual, but even if it goes back in the starting order, so much to leave Esapekka, and that, it was a decision on my part, to help him a little bit, but not necessarily to help him in relation to Thierry, he is in a battle with several pilots and, having done so, we chose this place, obviously. "

"We're used to it, it's not a surprise," Thierry Neuville reacted, "they tried to play it strategically and try to benefit the cars that were behind us by putting Sebastien behind each other. The rules allow it, so why not play this card? It's part of the game, and when we have the opportunity, we'll do it too. So far, and especially last year, we've has rarely had the opportunity, but this year it will play all the cards. "

As we are the manufacturer of our own rollcages we are permitted to repair it - provided it can be done in three hours and the FIA are happy of course!
