FIA should move this rally to northern Sweden to reach a guaranteed winter conditions. This SSS is always close to melting point

No point moving a whole rally because of a mickey mouse bullshit super special. Conditions have been good the last few years in general

did you look at weather forecast? All Sweden (nearly all Scandinavia) have temperature -1..+3. Changing location isn't a solution, they should run rally 2-3 weeks earlier. Several years now weather before Rally Sweden more acceptable for winter rallying than at rally days.

Plus it's not FIA who decides the location of the event within the country.

Not necessarly, and the roadbase needs to have snowshowers, melting, cold etc. That takes time.

No excuse, like I wrote above/earlier, other than talent/a good run! One hell of a run.

Nope, that's no good, Värmland is rally-Mecca in Sweden, and it has the organization to pull it off. Besides, when are we going to move rally wales to get rid of the disturbing fog? Or move rally Mexico to get rid of altitude-issues that make engines less effective? Or move Monte to get rid of extreme snowshowers now and then? Or move...etc etc etc. Enough with the whining now, tomorrow will be better.

You also have to remember that they use those tires on other stages. Studs and gravel/asphalt don't go together and seconds won could be lost in multiples.
