Does anyone know if Kopeckys run of unbroken national championship wins is a record, or has anyone bettered it?

Kopecky "only" won 4 consecutive national championships (6 in total). If I'm not mistaking Vladimir Hubacek won 9 consecutive Czech titles (10 in total).

Aha, I see. After a quick look on ewrc-results, Kopecky has won the last 23 rounds of the Czech championship that he took part of, since Český Krumlov 2014 where he retired.

For me Sordo's statement is very interesting (in its own way, it is also worrying), because on the question if this rally could become one of WRC stations, he has frankly told, that in this kind of conditions this stages are to dangerous (high speeds, around trees....). Dani was really scared....
