Haha, sometimes you have to opt for the brownie point scorer in order to permit an excursion in the future!

Although the Supercar numbers have been a bit erratic this year, there is a pretty decent three-way fight for the title. I think the Croft result puts Godfrey, O'Donovan and Higgins on pretty much level pegging.

I would still like to see Higgins take the title, he is going to need consistent results at Lydden, Pembrey and Silverstone to do it though.

Slightly controversial way to retake the lead: I didn't see anything during the final at Lydden that I thought justified the penalty for O'Donovan.

That said, I still would like to see Higgins win it this year.

Bit slow getting these online as I was away last weekend, but just uploaded some pictures from Lydden. Few faves...

Nice shots. Saw the ex-Rennison car at Goodwood but looks better in its natural habitat.

It's not actually the real ex-Rennison car, it's a freshly built RS200 in the same livery (I have heard more then one person incorrectly state it's the original car: I think the Goodwood commentator was one of them!)

Steve was out on track in it at the World Rallycross round in Loheac the weekend after Lydden:

Thankfully he managed to avoid any more off track excursions at Loheac!

Looks like the Supercar championship could go down to the wire now.

Yeah, I am actually quite tempted to make the journey to Silverstone for it.

I've sort of toyed with the idea too. Also tempted by a trip to Pembrey this weekend for the Trucks and Legends, mainly because I've not seen either, nor been to Pembrey before.
You're so beige, you probably think this signature is about someone else.

I've never done Pembrey either. Quite fancy giving it a look for the rallycross, but it's a bit of a trek!

The British round at Silverstone looks pretty reasonably priced (£12 in advance or £15 on the gate) which makes it more tempting: just hope the weather is better than it was at the start of the year!
