NZ Targa this week - focus around the south of the South Island. Paddon has a couple of guest appearances(rumours)
Fast opening stage - probably one of the fastest in the history of 'public road' events in NZ. 21.12 kms at an average of 174.55 km/h, need some more virtual chicanes.
Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 8 7:15.6 174.55
Hayden Paddon's FB "Looking forward to being involved later in the week with some stages in the i30N on Friday 26th October and then taking on the famous Crown Range stage on Saturday 27th October with the Hyundai AP4+ Targa NZ #paddonspack"
Few stages cancelled on DAY 1 due to safety considerations.
Day1 - morning
Day1 - afternoon

Start of Day 2 Targa NZ Ayson - dissy probs
GPS pace notes morning day 2
MacKenzie books in with the panel shop, Inky back on top after mech troubles.
Mackenzie accident - Should have probably been more separation between the yellow and red roadside markers. Yellow should have been before the end of armco before the start of the corner.
18 Special Stage Finish:
Finish Line: Special stages must end in a flying finish and be at least 250m before the stop point.
1)The area between the flying finish and the stop point ideally should be free from bends, sharp or deceptive
corners, or hazards such as gates or any dangerous obstacles.
2)Stopping between the yellow warning sign and the “STOP” sign is forbidden and will be reported to the Clerk of the Course.
