    At least some of them, I remember watching the Spring Rally on Backline Road (Stage 2 this year) as a kid.

    Parts of Stages 3 and 6 have also been used for hillclimbs/sprints in recent years.

    These were all old Spring Rally roads from the 1970's and 80's. Occasionally the were used in the 1990's and a few of them in the early 2000's

    Good day out at Catlins Coast Rally on Saturday. Quite a novelty having no snow or rain and hardly any mud there compared to the last few years. There was even some dust!

    Paddon won Coromandel for his 4th NZ title. Luck and skill combined to overcome the disconnection of turbo pipes on 3 stages.
