    Great looking route with classics like Brandywell and Tholt-y-Will and some dusk/night stages getting back to the classic Manx format. Breen will be getting some proper mileage in to bring him up to speed for Corsica. Just sad I wont be able to make it this year.

    Good news! I remember back in the F2 days when Higgins did a stage of the Manx in the Astra and commentated all through it with the co-driver sat quietly beside him. Think he did similar several years previous in a Civic too.

    What are peoples thoughts on Higgins ability to challenge the other two? And does Breen have any experience on the event?

    Higgins knows these roads really well being a local. He also recently did a new lap record on the TT course in a Subaru WRX STI so he is up to speed for sure...

    I dont think Breen has been here before, but the roads are not dissimilar to Ireland so he shouldnt have any big problems.

    He's at the disadvantage of being new to the car, but he's always been a quick driver and, as Eddie says, knows the stages really, really well. He might not be on the same pace as Evans, but I don't expect him to be far off.
