    just wondering is the rally going to to be spread over a number of days or fri/sat/sun

    Believe it or not there are much nicer roads there. This power stage is all on a wide flat road. This particular section is well known from the past Col de Braus stage. Just few hundreds of meters from this section there is a crossroads leading to Col de l'Ablé and Peira Cava. That is the best rally road I have ever driven during my RMC visits. It was used last time in 2009 IRC edition as first part of the Col de Turini TV stage and also many times in Rally d'Antibes. It's also well known from Škoda testing videos from 2010-2012.

    I'm no local specialist but in my four visits this road was never icy. The one I mentioned yes, often but this one not.

    I have no idea how it usually is, but those twisty ones is just sooo challenging having some snow on them. Even for experienced wrc-driver with practically no studs.
