For the first time in probably 15-20 years, I wasn't able to follow the race on TV and/or on the internet for most of the 24 hours. What little I got to see (on DVR) was good. And even though they've been dominate, I find it amazing that Audi was THAT solid over Porsche.

What I most enjoyed was the varied technical approaches. Let's see if I can get this right.
Audi: 4.0 liter V6 turbo diesel with a 2 MJ flywheel hybrid system.
Toyota: 3.7 liter V8 petrol with a 6 MJ super capacitor hybrid system.
Porsche: 2.0 liter V4 turbocharged petrol with a 6 liter battery hybrid system.

Other than being incredibly ugly now (I guess because of the new regs), the cars are quite distinctive from one another. It's great that they are allowed a certain amount of technical freedom.
