As Mr. Jones has already started to miss me (thanks for that!), finally here is my team:
(after the disastrous season I've had last year I chose to go with a new name)

    Team Name: GP Stood Guard
    Driver #1: Ricciardo $ 9 m
    Driver #2: Magnussen $ 8 m
    Driver #3: Van der Garde $ 1 m
    Chassis: Mercedes $ 20 m

    Bonus GP: Melbourne
Oct. 31, 1999 - one of the blackest days in motorsports.

    Dr Giacomo Rappaccini
Aka "Mr Alcatraz", aka "Mr Alca-Tazizzle", present and accounted for, and currently using the nom de guerre "Sleazio" sir!
    But thanks for caring!

Oh, there you are! How many names are you going to go by?

FYI - I looked up the Dr. tag you used and now I have to find that book![/quote:1eoevep1]
It's a short story and you probably won't like it unless you're into 19th century romantic science fiction.
First Gear has the perpetual trophy book I won for ruling pickems last season. I suggest you be ready for when he has his contest for that book....plus I'd like to keep it on this continent as long as possible
Or you could just buy it, because it is a facinating collection of interviews.
I'm pretty sure I spent more for shipping than the cost of it being bought and delivered from Amazon. But that is precisely why the one I left in perpetuity to the forum has intrinsic value beyond that of the current market value (especially considering how it is coveted across the pond)
I can't imagine how angryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyy they are for letting it be fairly taken in a match of wits to the USA in the first place
May the forza be with you

I read a short synopsis of the story and I am intrigued.
    It's called " Rappaccini's Daughter"

Perhaps you should give it a go, I certainly shouldn't discourage you. I'm a huge fan of Hawthorne, and think he is one of our greatest national treasures.
"The Birthmark" is a similarly themed story of his, and It's shorter

Also in the late 40's and early 50's he drove for Veritas
