Maybe somebody from Spain could clarify. Moreover former Tarmac and Gravel series are now only Spanish Cup (not championship).

EDIT: The table of dates will be made up of thirteen appointments, of which the teams will have to choose ten at the time of their registration to the contest (after payment of 500 euros). Of the eight results to be added at the end of the season, five will be tests on asphalt and the remaining three on gravel.

The event number 14 is show in Madrid. No points but still you have to enter to be in final standings...
    This is crazy system...

Impressive Thomas Chauffray in the Clio Rally 5 at Rally Sierra Morena

I was expecting Guillaume Canivenq to be the best overall french driver there(but he disappeared from classifcation in SS7)

Yeah, Chauffrey is very fast with the Clio. Lead almost all of the stages in Coeur de France (2nd round of French Trophy) untill he broke his suspension or a rim (don't remember exactly).

I am unsure of what the rules are for cross country rallies, from a rallying point of view that's a gigantic cut
Few years ago, Al Attiyah complained of excessive cutting by Al Qassimi in a MERC rally, and got him either disqualified or penalized, and in the end Al Qassimi lost the championship... in the same rally, Al Attiyah was filmed cutting massively as well...
