Auto24 Rally Estonia 2013

Auto 24 Rally Estonia has had its own thread for last two years. This year in no different. Moreover, it is expected that Auto24 Rally Estonia will be included in ERC in 2014.
This year, dates are 19.-20. July, good time to test for NORF

VW distributer is among the main sponsors as you can see from the official site. It might be the comback rally for Al Raji. There are many entries expected. Always nice event.

It is as a part of Estonian Rally championship and FIA Historic Rally Championship.

Last year it was very nice rally! I can recommend it for everybody - drivers and spectators!!

In an interview for his local regional newspaper Ilkka, Jari-Matti Latvala explains his summer schedule and says his attempting to have a new car for a historic rally in Estonia. To me it sounds, with VW deal, he must ditch the TJJ-777 Escort MkII and try and find a historic car with VW in the emblem. Can mid-80s Golfs be used in ERC Historics? Perhaps new challenges of FWD for JML ahead :-)

Jari Latvala participated in small Estonian rally last weekend , and he confirmed Audi Quattro for Jari-Matti for Rally Estonia

So, today is a the press conference with some great news on entries to Rally Estonia. Near public rumors are telling about Latvala with historic Quattro and PG with Fiesta WRC.. and some more great news..;-)

And some more unconfirmed news.. looks like R5 Fiesta sees its first competitive rally in Rally Estonia. Kruuda behind the wheel :-)
