    I'm pretty sure he is, although Shigeaki Hattori, of all people, won a couple of races in Indy Lights in 1998.
    Also, first IndyCar win for A.J. Foyt's team in quite a while (2002?)
    Oct. 31, 1999 - one of the blackest days in motorsports.
