Speaking of racing history, this sure looks fun!
Laugh out loud funny.

What do you find that is funny about that?
I see a bunch of old stagers reminiscing. I admit that subtitles would help but I can't see why anybody would find it funny!
I see some US short track oval racing from I think immediately postwar, but it might be prewar. I see a bunch of racers competing in the cars available to them, namely modified stock cars, in particular coupe models. The cars may be strange to our eyes in 2013 but that does not make them funny.
Having said that, I will be interested to see what "Running Flat Out" turns out to be. I think it may be an entertaining series - but not in any way funny.Duncan Rollo

Quite right. It's certainly not Russell Brand. Nor Benny Hill. In the future I shall exercise the needed self discipline to stifle a laugh when something strikes me as funny, or, should I stress, in bold type, funny. Thank you very much for your tutorial in comedy, i.e. humor. We now return to Prime Minister's Questions.

I am closing this thread before it gets silly.
