Some cars/trucks out there aren't fully sponsored at present and I think that I'm correct in saying that the CTS hasn't filled its full grid of 36 cars at 2 out of the 4 races in the series this year.
If Americans find it difficult to get money, imagine how difficult it'll be for a "Brit" over there. This sport costs money... a lot of money, that's why ASCAR / DoT / SCSA nearly went belly up.
Let's not underestimate how difficult it'll be for John and Torquespeed to "live their dream" in the US.
Good luck John! I'd love to see you race in the O'Reilly 200 CTS race at Bristol in August...

Will John be at Rockingham this weekend with the Revolution cars?

Update
Firstly, our website always shows the next race in the NCTS schedule, not necessarily Torquespeed's next race.
We have specialist people working on sponsorship both in the UK and in the USA. It is very hard to find money, but Torquespeed are in it for the long haul and NASCAR is in recession. At Texas 2 weeks ago, 10,000 seats were hidden underneath advertising banners to make the speedway look full - they knew they weren't going to sell those seats.
We still have four Craftsman Trucks at the workshop in North Carolina, ready to go, when the Budget is there.
John will be at Rockingham this weekend, working with the BRSCC, as a follow up to him tutoring Rookie Training last month. There will be a few of the Torquespeed crew working in the paddock, among other teams during the weekend.
