BIZARRE Simulation 'Reality' idea...
Zany idea I had before pouring a glass of rum tonight (not after drinking, I swear)
So three of the forum's fast guys are given three of the forum's not so fast guys to train into fast guys. The contest begins with a baseline measurement using identical cars on the same circuit. The fast guys are given a set amount of time to train via whatever method they choose (youtube videos, telemetry sharing, etc). Once the training time was finished the 3 not so fast guys return to the same track racing the same cars to check their improvement. Greatest precentage improvment wins

Is there a prize for the guy who improves the most??
Maybe the fast guy could set a slow time on purpose so the time would be easy to get close too.....
