To me it sounds too much as well...

EDIT for 320 Hp @ 8000 rpm the torques is 281 Nm (at 8000!). So either 300 Nm and 320 Hp is true or both is exaggerated by circa same percentage.

maybe with maximun revs @8.500 regulation allowed?

8500 is allowed, yes, but in my opinion there is no point in having the peak power exactly at rpm limiter.
