Yesterday team boss Andreucci said that 208t16 is 20hp less powerful than s2000 but they are confident to counterbalance with torque

dampers are the same (only front/rear stroke is different, springs different), but struts are different left/right.
uprights are the same all 4 corners.
arms (TCAs, compression struts, tie rods) are different front/rear
brakes are almost the same - disc same, calipers different slightly left/right
also there are other small differences.
at least it looks like that in Fiesta.

Thank you for practical experience. My information was only from discussion with FIA technician from last year.

It's not for nothing. The test car no matter which bodyshell it is based on shall share marked features with the real one. Otherwise the development would make little sense. Airflow in the engine compartment is crucial thing.

Does the testmule have 4 similar corners ala R5 when it comes to suspension, or does it only have new engine/gearbox?
