    Talking Fia Gt 2007

this weekend, the FIA GT Championship will begin in Chine at Zuhai

the entry list is very intersting, with strong teams in both categories, in GT1 the favourite will be as usual Maserati and its supported team Vitaphone Racing, but the real challenger will be Aston Martin Racing BMS, in GT2 the 2nd act between Ferrari and Porsche (after Sebring) will resume again, AF Corse and Scuderia Ecosse vs. BMS Scuderia Italia the new Porsche factory team, with its brand 997 RSR

shame that no Saleens this year

Have Zackspeed not stayed on this year then?

I reckon that the RaceAlliance (now JetAlliance) and Phoenix/GLPK cars will be the main challengers to Vitaphone. Especially the lead JA car with Ryan Sharp and Karl Wendlinger in the seat, that will be special.

after a fantastic race debut, the FIA GT will be soon at Silverstone for another 2 hours event, but this time with a rival called...LMS racing in the same time at Valencia for a 1000K race, horrible and scandalous as many drivers are doing the 2 series, like Ortelli, Collard and Bouchut

Yeah, it's a bit weird. IMO all three big GT series - ALMS, LMES, FIA GT should put their calendars that way that there are no clashes. Then drivers who race more can well, race more.

thats impossible, but at least clashes between the FIA GT and the LMS should not happen, both are Europeans series and the TV audiance could falls as fans will choose 1 of the 2 to follow

How is that impossible? It' something like 10 rounds for ALMS and FIA GT, plus 6 for LMES. 26 then plus Le Mans 24h. Let's say that 30 races then. That fits nicely into one year.
