I watched the replay again, and although Mayor Tremblay does present the trophy, it does seem like the boos are directed at Vettel .

Maybe the Canadian spectators hate seeing the same driver at the top all the time?

I thought it strange until I realised the mayor was presenting the trophy. Clearly boos were for the Mayor I.m sure Canadian fans would not have booed Vetel as they like racers and are knowledgable fans. Sorry the Mayor probably sucks and the crowd let him know.
