What happen to the level field?
We have all been waiting for that level playing field with the new car and now we have the annoucments regarding testing. They might as well keep the car they have, it's going to be the same thing all over again.
1. Maybe only Dallara aero kits the first year? Advantage Dallara with one year of data on the new car.
2. Engine manufacturers buy chassis for motor development and the driver from the anchor team can do the testing. Did they really say that?
Why can't Herta do the testing for all of it? Advantage to no one.
Why do they keep giving all of the advantages to the same teams? Its getting better

Because they have the sponsors, they have the $$ and we all know who really calls the shots, the ones paying the bills for the development. The single chassis manufacturer and the engine companies are already back to protecting their IP and their reputation.
